Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following movements:
    1. Peg Board Climbs
    2. Assault Bike Sprints
    3. Burpees
    4. Rowing

Score: Total reps/calories accumulated in each movement.


Notes: Alternate between each movement for each Tabata round. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata cycle. Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals.
