AMRAP in 15 Minutes:


  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Burpees
  • 200 Meter Run

Notes:
- Jump onto the box with both feet, stand up fully at the top before stepping or jumping down.
- Perform a full push-up at the bottom of each burpee.
- Push yourself on the runs, but pace to maintain consistent rounds throughout the workout.
