Tabata Cardio Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest on the stationary bike

Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level
- Pedal as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds
- Focus on maintaining a consistent effort throughout each round

- This workout is designed to push your cardiovascular endurance to the limit
