EMOM Cardio DumbbellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15 Dumbbell Thrusters
- Even Minutes: 10 Burpees
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets
Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of dumbbell thrusters in the odd minutes and burpees in the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. This workout will challenge both your strength and cardiovascular endurance. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
