Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • Wall Balls (20/14)
  • Assault Bike

20 Seconds of Work, 10 Seconds of Rest. Repeat for 8 rounds (4 minutes total for each movement)


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Wall Balls in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Transition to the Assault Bike and pedal as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Alternate between Wall Balls and Assault Bike for a total of 8 rounds each.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.


Notes:
- Adjust the weight of the Wall Ball and the resistance on the Assault Bike as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals and try to sustain the effort for the full 4 minutes of each movement.
