Tabata Cardio Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Slam Balls, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Timer


Instructions:
Perform as many Slam Balls as possible in each 20-second work interval, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total number of repetitions for each round and aim to maintain or increase your reps throughout the workout. Rest for 1 minute between each Tabata round.
