  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of GHD Sit-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many GHD Sit-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury. Adjust the difficulty by adjusting the height of the GHD machine or the range of motion for the sit-ups.
