- 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 15 Burpees
- 200 Meter Run
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken thrusters.
Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Move quickly through the thrusters and burpees to maximize time for the cardio element - the 200 meter run. Push the pace on the runs to keep the intensity high throughout the workout.
