AMRAP Cardio Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Double Unders
  • 10 Burpees
  • 5 Box Jumps

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale double unders to single unders if needed.
- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for continuous movement.
