  • 50 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 30 Dumbbell Burpees
  • 800 Meter Run

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The run should be completed outside if possible for the full 800 meters. Scale the dumbbell weight as needed to maintain proper form.
