Tabata Cardio Dumbbell

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:
    1. Dumbbell Thrusters
    2. Burpees

Equipment:
- Dumbbell


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next exercise.
- Alternate between Dumbbell Thrusters and Burpees for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each exercise).
- Score is total reps completed for both exercises combined.
