EMOM Cardio Barbell

EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • 10 Barbell Thrusters
  • 10 Burpees

Barbell Weight: 95/65 lbs


Instructions: Complete 10 barbell thrusters and 10 burpees at the start of each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust weights as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
