  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort double unders
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rope


Instructions:
Perform as many double unders as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds between each round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Aim to push yourself to maintain high intensity throughout each round.
