Tabata Cardio Kettlebell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each exercise:
    1. Kettlebell Swings
    2. Burpees
    3. Mountain Climbers
    4. Jump Rope

Equipment:
- 1 Kettlebell


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each exercise. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each 20-second work period.
