EMOM Cardio Wall BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Wall Balls
- 10 Burpees
Instructions:
Perform 10 wall balls and 10 burpees every minute on the minute for 20 minutes. If you complete the reps before the minute is up, rest until the next minute begins. Adjust the number of reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.

Notes:
This workout will challenge both your cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance. Be sure to pace yourself appropriately to maintain consistency throughout the 20-minute EMOM.
