EMOM Cardio Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 10 Burpees


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets.
Instructions: Perform 10 Dumbbell Thrusters and 10 Burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the minute is up. This workout will test your cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
