  • 50 Box Jumps
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Burpees
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Rig
- Box
- Optional: Abmat for Toes-to-Bar


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: This workout is designed to test your cardiovascular endurance. Pace yourself on the runs to maintain a consistent effort throughout the entire workout. Push yourself on the box jumps and burpees, but make sure to maintain good form to prevent injury. Finish strong on the Toes-to-Bar to complete the workout within the time cap.
