EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 10 Burpees


Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: Perform 10 slam balls and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
