EMOM Cardio Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 10 Burpees

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Perform 10 dumbbell thrusters and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. The faster you finish each round, the more rest you get before the next minute starts. Push yourself to maintain a consistent pace throughout.
