  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Wall Balls, 10 seconds rest
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Burpees, 10 seconds rest

Instructions: Complete each Tabata round for a total of 16 rounds alternating between Wall Balls and Burpees. Rest 1 minute between Tabata segments. Score is total reps completed.
