Tabata Cardio Bench

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each exercise:
1. Bench step-ups
2. Burpees
3. Bench dips
4. Mountain climbers


Equipment:
- Bench
- Timer


Instructions:
Perform each exercise at maximum effort for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next. Challenge yourself to push through the short intervals and maintain intensity throughout the entire workout.
