Tabata Cardio RigTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort rowing, followed by 10 seconds of rest
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort burpees, followed by 10 seconds of rest
Equipment:
- Rowing machine
- Open space for burpees
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between the rowing and burpee portions. Keep track of total calories rowed and total burpees completed for scoring purposes.
