AMRAP Cardio RigAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 400m Run
- 20 Wall Balls
- 15 Box Jumps
- 10 Burpees
Notes:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Choose a wall ball weight that challenges you but allows for unbroken sets.
- Box height should be challenging but manageable for quick transitions.
- Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed.
