EMOM Cardio Medicine Ball

EMOM x 20:
- Even Minutes: 15 Wall Balls
- Odd Minutes: 10 Burpees


Equipment: Medicine Ball
Intensity Level: Moderate to High
Instructions: Perform 15 Wall Balls at the start of each even minute, followed by 10 Burpees at the start of each odd minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
