Tabata Cardio Bench

Tabata:
- 20 seconds of Bench Hop Overs
- 10 seconds rest
- 20 seconds of Bench Dips
- 10 seconds rest
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes)


Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes). Make sure to push yourself during each work interval and maintain good form throughout.
