    • Burpees
    • Rowing (calories)

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between double-unders, air squats, burpees, and rowing for calories. Score is the total number of reps/calories completed across all 8 rounds.
