Tabata Cardio GHD MachineTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest on each of the following:
1. Assault Bike
2. Rowing Machine
3. Burpees
4. GHD Sit-ups
Instructions:
- Complete each exercise for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement.
- Score is total reps/calories accumulated across all 4 movements.
- Aim to push yourself to the limit during each 20-second work interval.
