AMRAP Cardio Resistance BandAMRAP in 12 minutes:
- 200 Meter Run
- 15 Resistance Band Thrusters
- 15 Burpees over the Resistance Band
Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.
- Use a moderate resistance band for the thrusters.
- Jump over the resistance band for the burpees.
