AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 12 minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Resistance Band Thrusters
  • 15 Burpees over the Resistance Band

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.
- Use a moderate resistance band for the thrusters.
- Jump over the resistance band for the burpees.
