EMOM Cardio Box

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 15/12 Calorie Row
  • Minute 2: 10 Box Jumps
  • Minute 3: 12/10 Calorie Assault Bike
  • Minute 4: 15 Burpees

Instructions: Perform the designated cardio movement at a high intensity for each minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before moving to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.

- Box
- Rowing Machine
- Assault Bike


Notes: Adjust the reps or calories as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20-minute EMOM. Focus on pushing yourself during each work interval.
