- Minute 1: 15/12 Calorie Row
- Minute 2: 10 Box Jumps
- Minute 3: 12/10 Calorie Assault Bike
- Minute 4: 15 Burpees
Instructions: Perform the designated cardio movement at a high intensity for each minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before moving to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
