Tabata Cardio Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each exercise:
    1. Bench Press
    2. Burpees
    3. Bench Dips
    4. Mountain Climbers

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each exercise, alternating between exercises each round.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all exercises.
- Push yourself during the 20 seconds of work and rest during the 10 seconds.
