  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Assault Bike
    2. Rowing Machine
    3. Burpees
    4. Double-Unders

Score: Total reps/calories completed in each movement.


Notes: Perform each movement for max effort during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Rotate through all 4 movements for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of reps/calories for each movement to calculate your final score.
