Tabata Cardio Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Slam Ball Overhead Lunges
    • Slam Ball Burpees

Equipment: Slam Ball
Instructions: Perform 20 seconds of Slam Ball Overhead Lunges, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Immediately followed by 20 seconds of Slam Ball Burpees, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep alternating between the two movements until the Tabata is complete.
