Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Bench Step-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:

Instructions:
Perform as many Bench Step-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosive movements and push yourself during each work interval.
