Tabata Cardio Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each of the following:
    • Box Jumps
    • Burpees
    • Rowing

Equipment:
- Box
- Rower


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds for each movement before moving on to the next.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for each movement.
