Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort rope climbs
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Perform as many rope climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds for a total workout time of 4 minutes.
- Scale the height of the rope climb as needed to ensure safety and proper technique.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
