EMOM Cardio Wall BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15 Wall Balls
- Even minutes: 10 Burpees
Equipment: Wall Ball
Instructions: Perform 15 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute, then complete 10 Burpees at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. The workout will continue for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
