EMOM Cardio Wall Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 10 Burpees

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Perform 10 Wall Balls and 10 Burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
