AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 200m Run
  • 10 Burpees

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 wall balls, a 200m run, and 10 burpees. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
