EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press
  • 15/12 Calorie Row

Instructions:
Complete 10 bench press reps every minute on the minute, followed by a 15/12 calorie row. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust the weight on the bench press as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
