  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of Assault Bike
  • Rest 10 seconds between rounds

Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort on the Assault Bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each round.


Notes:
Make sure to adjust the resistance on the Assault Bike to a challenging level for you. The goal is to push yourself to the limit during each 20-second interval.
