EMOM Cardio Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15 Slam Balls
  • Even minutes: 200m Sprint

Notes: This workout will challenge both your cardiovascular endurance and power output. Make sure to push yourself during the sprints and maintain good form while performing the slam balls. Adjust the weight of the slam ball as needed to ensure you can complete each round within the minute.
