EMOM Cardio RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row
- Even Minutes: 15 Burpees
Instructions:
- Set up a rower and designate a space for burpees.
- Start each minute with the designated cardio movement and complete the required reps within the minute.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Continue alternating between rowing and burpees for a total of 20 minutes.
Notes:
- Scale the calorie row and burpee reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Push yourself to complete each set within the minute, but prioritize quality movement over speed.
