Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Wall Balls, 10 seconds rest
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Burpees, 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Alternate between Wall Balls and Burpees for a total of 16 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each exercise.
