- 10 Box Jumps
- 8 Calorie Row


Instructions:
Complete the specified reps of GHD Sit-ups, Box Jumps, and Calorie Row within each minute, resting the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
