- 10 Box Jumps
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- 200m Run
Equipment: Box, Kettlebell
Notes: Complete the prescribed reps of box jumps and kettlebell swings at the start of each minute, then finish with a 200m run before the next minute begins. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the work before the next round. Adjust weight and height of box as needed for your fitness level.
