EMOM Cardio Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
  • Minute 2: 10 Burpees

Instructions:
- Alternate between the Assault Bike and Burpees each minute for a total of 20 minutes.
- Aim to complete the designated reps within each minute to earn rest time before the next interval.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the entire workout.
