EMOM x 20:


  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees

Equipment: Box


Instructions: Perform 10 box jumps and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish before the next minute starts. Adjust box height and burpee intensity as needed.


Notes: This workout will challenge your cardiovascular endurance and coordination. Make sure to pace yourself and push through each minute with intensity.
