Tabata Cardio GHD Machine

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • GHD Sit-ups
  • Assault Bike

Instructions:
- Alternate between GHD Sit-ups and the Assault Bike for each Tabata round.
- Score is total reps/calories combined from both movements.
- Push hard during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout the workout.
