Tabata Cardio Peg Board

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Movement 1: Assault Bike
- Movement 2: Sit-ups
- Movement 3: Peg Board Climbs


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between Assault Bike, Sit-ups, and Peg Board Climbs.
- Score is total reps/calories accumulated across all movements.
- Push hard during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout the Tabata protocol.
- Scale movements or adjust work/rest intervals as needed to maintain intensity.
