Tabata Cardio Peg Board

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements


Movements:
1. Peg Board Climbs
2. Assault Bike


Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort on the peg board climbs and the assault bike for 8 rounds each.
- Rest for 1 minute between switching movements.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each interval.
